New Splash and Video Page

So it has been almost exactly one year since I touched my incomplete personal website. I decided that I was going to finish it these next 2.5 weeks since im off from school. I decided to design a simple new splash page located here:

And then I started thinking of a good way to let people view my videos and animations made in Adobe After Effects and Flash. As of now, I'm just going to have viewers click on a thumbnail that will open a separate window. I started messing around with Photoshop and Flash and I got this:

Does anyone have any recommendations on how I should have my video files accessible for viewers?

Can't you use the same component you used to load your animation? I think you can, although i have never actually done it.

I would go with either make it a flash, but you would most likely end up with a a heavy flash file and still lose a bit of quality or embed it to use with quicktime and have it available for download for better quality (if you want them to be able to download it)
