New starka website, will not work

I signed up for a new hosting package a few hours ago, it works at first but for the last few hours the home page has redirected to:

/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

And when i try to access any pages directly i get a 404 error. Any ideas (and please don't mention clearing cache or flushing DNS...tried that several times)

Visiting your website, I see a Directory Listing. There is currently some ongoing server maintenance that is causing the problem are you see, so please be patient. It should correct itself in due time.
