New template - blue sky.

this 1s probably gonna be my main template. tell me little things I should fix or add on.

Not to keen on the blue around it all, the main content box could of been cut at the top to an angle rather then straight edges like your sub content boxes on the right of it or sliced diagonaly. just my opionin but its really nice (with out the blue in my choice)

might want to try a blue that blends in better, this one hurts my eyes;
(not the design just the colors)
