Hi, I'm new here. I am really thankful for this site's free hosting. However, I have a few issues that I think needs some answers. It is about my suspended account. I've checked the forums for other threads , like this here http://forums.x10hosting.com/introductions/65272-suspension-rules.html and they have given several reasons why accounts get suspended. When I logged in to my account, I've read that I need to start a new thread for my account to be unsuspended, hence this thread is created. My question now...is starting a new thread necessary or just logging in to the forums every two weeks enough as said in the other threads? I hope someone can enlighten me regarding this. Thanks in advance.

Actually, to request unsuspension - we ask you to fill this out : http://forums.x10hosting.com/newthread.php?do=unsuspend_request

Just logging into the forums once every two weeks will keep you from being suspended for Inactivity. Be sure to have your account follow our TOS, or it could be suspended for something else.

Hi Starshine! Thank you so much for clearing things up. I searched the forums about account unsuspension right after my first post and didn't find any links about the unsuspension request, so i guess i wasn't looking hard enough. I'm glad that my posting something here made things clearer, and I will follow the TOS so my account won't be suspended again for any other reasons. More power!
