new to scrips and need help

I have loaded the script I got and did what the directions said to do and my newness to all this is comeing out. when I got to the end and it said I could go to my website the page oppens and sais:
Index of /

• cgi-bin/
• swoopo v1.1/

and i have no idea what to do now. It is a script for a penny auction as you all might see by the name. Please if anyone can help me that would be great.
