Me too. I uploaded index.html for testing purposes, installed Wordpress, and my site is 404. I can't view my pages since I signed up the service. Is there a step I lost? I don't know, but if the service is so bad I'll think quit x10.

Most problems for new members are caused by them not waiting long enough for the account to fully establish, for the DNS to propagate (can take 48hrs) or not realising that the servers may occasionally be busy.
