Hi
Complete newb here, wanted to get started with trying to run my own site, you guys seemed to be the best out there :biggrin:. So, I signed up about a year ago and then I must admit I kinda lost interest and never did any more.
Now I'm back with a vengance but can't seem to get anywhere. When I go to my account panel it askes me to link my cpanel user name, I try this (from the confirmation email) and it says the account doesn't exist.
The URL no longer works, nor can I connect to my cPanel using the http://obi.exofire.net:2082 jobby in my browser. If I try to check the suspension status (going on the assumption that the account has been suspended due to inactivity) it tells me that it has probably been terminated and I will have to sign up again. Going down this route leads me to the message that I already have a hosting account and should use it.
Please help!
