Newbie looking to update phpMyAdmin

When I click on the phpmyadmin button on X10hosting(free account)
I get the following information:

• Version information: 4.0.10.7, latest stable version: 4.6.1

A newer version of phpMyAdmin is available and you should consider upgrading. The newest version is 4.6.1, released on 2016-05-03.

How do I go about doing this?
