First question here I will start off. I have had my account disabled. Can anyone help be reinstate my hosting account?

Do you mean suspended?
To check why you were suspended, Login to Account Panel and then go to hosting menu --> suspensions.
If you were suspended for Inactivity, Exceeding Cron Job Limit, Resource Usage 1st Warning, or Resource Usage 2nd Warning, you can manually unsuspend yourself there.

Also, there is a currently a thread called Free Hosting FAQ's which covers common questions frequently asked by "newbies".

The system shows you are suspended for inactivity.
You can log on to the Account Panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your Forum username and password and unsuspend yourself.
