Well, honestly, the color scheme make me a little dizzy with the bright colors and blurred edges. But, that is just my opinion. On the other hand, I like old games.

• Background/color scheme is bad
• Menu is bad
• You bragged on the first line of text
• YOU HAVE A VISIT COUNTER. That is like a sign to users to leave ASAP.
• The <title> is all caps.
• Use a fluid width or make it wider.

I hate visit counters too. But it is the only way to get real info how many visitors i have (it doesnt register same ip multiple times like google).
