Newly created account not working

I created the account macg33k a few hours ago and registered the domain macg33k.co.cc using this. Although I can log in to here using my macg33k user ID I am unable to log in to the X10 hosting pages to check account status or upload content.
Have I done something wrong when setting up the ID?

I show you have no account. There was a problem with signups yesterday. You may have to sign up again.
