No access to account info?

I seem to have access to CPanel and to forums but have lost access to my X10 account info. The URL https://x10hosting.com/control/ used to take me there, now it only takes me to the CPanel.

Also found the following an a FAQ: Where I can see my account details?Please see http://x10hosting.com/wiki/Account_Management_PanelThis takes me to a page where I am further directed to: x10hosting.com/portal/That again only lets me into the CPanel.
