No Access to Account

Since the server changes (I was on Starka) I have still not been able to access my account. When I try to log in, it simply prompts me for details again - like my account is unknown. However I am still able to log into Support and Forum.

I opened a support ticket on 19th June, and after an information request, which admittedly I was slow to respond to, I have had no further replies.

Should I simply open a new account? Or a new ticket? I realise that the support guys are really busy, but I have never had to wait this long for a response before, which makes me think that somehow they are not getting my ticket updates?

Advise please?

support and forum are connected to the same user name, hosting is not (though you can set them to be the same).

In short, some accounts were permanently lost due to backup application failure, by the look of it yours is among those so you should sign up for a new account.
