No access to AccountLab Plus

sorry to be posting so much but there seem to be lots of questions I have. I recently put the AccountLab Plus onto my server but when I attempted to access the admin for it I was presented with a screen telling me that a Zend Optimizer wasn't installed but I could download one for free. I did so but there was no file to install it and therefore I stil can't access the admin page for AccountLab Plus. Do you know of any problem with this?

any word on this php upgrade - I thought it was a 24 hr response. Sorry to hassle you but I'm desperate to start discovering AccountLab plus - still I'm getting the zend optimizer screen.

believe me I did but perhaps in my eagerness I submitted it twice and the second one undid the first.

any chance we can run that through swiftly I seem to have lost a few days with that?
