No Access to cPanel Again

Last week someone fixed this by resetting my cPanel password, but this password no longer works and MySQL is down again.

It took 2 weeks to get fixed last time. Will I have to wait that long again?

I have reset your cPanel password and PM'd it to you.

I also created a DB user, assigned it to your wordpress DB and updated your wordpress config file. You should always use DB users and not your cPanel information for the connection details.

Thank you! If I reset my password via the account panel, will the new cPanel password be changed as well? I'd like to make it something a bit more easy to remember, but last time the cPanel password stayed the same.
