no access to homepage

i have a question... since a few moments i cannot access anymore to my homepage... when i type in the adress lacopytoner.x10.mx it displays imediately this site: http://www.lacopytoner.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

do you know actually whats wrong? because a friend of mine has this problem too

This is a known issue. It's currently being worked on. If the issue persists in 24 hours, please let us know. Clear your browser cache and flush your DNS at regular intervals.

i cleaned my cache and dns as your instrucions on the homepage but actually it is still not working but i hope soon i can have access to the homepage.

hope to know more as soon as you have a new status
