When accessing my website I am getting the following error in Chrome:
This webpage is not available

Google Chrome could not load the webpage because www.amaranthsgardens.com took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.
Here are some suggestions:

  • Reload this webpage later.
  • Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using.
  • Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
  • If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the Chrome menu >Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.

Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.
I tried flushing the DNS, clearing the browser history and resetting the modem with no change. I see they had issues with the firewall but the status report says that should all be resolved on Level.

update:
I was able to connect on a second computer using the same modem. If someone can confirm this then it would mean the issue is either on my system's end somehow or that my specific IP address is firewalled by the host (I have checked that Chrome is allowed in Windows Firewall).

I assume you used the same ISP-IP on both computers
which would say that your ISP-IP is NOT blocked by x10hosting's firewall
and your account's (x10hosting's server) IP is blocked by one of your computers
