no access to site or cpanel

I cant login to my cpanel, or even my site.. The site is www.twistedsanity.x10hosting.com, and the server is boru. It ends up telling me "Safari can’t open the page “https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding."

I get that same message when I try to go to the forums, and when I try to go to the cpanel.

Your site is loading fine.I can see a index page also cpanel of boru is fine.Flush your DNS and try

I flushed my dns, and it still is not loading

I accessed it via a proxy and it does work.. so obviously it is on my end... but what? It worked fine last night on my vista laptop.. This morning I logged onto the site on my mac, it worked fine for a minute, then this started happening

Did you try restarting your PC also just check if there is any problem with connection

I just tried to log onto my site with my laptop, and I get the same messages, so it seems like its not the computer.. Any help??

Also tried 2 different browsers.

Have you recently tried to use a secure connection via FTP or done something else that might have set off x10's firewall? Port scan? Some relatively benign actions can set off the alarms.
