Your IP was blocked for too many IMAP login attempts. I have unblocked this.

Please make sure you are using the correct information going forward for all mail access and clients to prevent this from happening again.

Thanks Eric. I was trying to set up my email on Outlook mobile app and couldn’t figure out what IMAP settings to use to set up the account on the app so kept trying different ones not knowing that I was blocked. Can you share them with me please?

To have credentials, you would either use the default server credentials, or you would have to create an email address in the hosting control panel.

https://gjr.x10.mx/#mail has instructions for proper setting to configure.

Eric, I think it happened again. After you and I corresponded last week, I was able to set up my x10 email on the mobile Outlook app and seemed to be working ok but all of a sudden today not able to send email out of Outlook. I just tried to synch with same settings as last time but not able to connect. Can you see anything wrong on your end?

I do not see your IP blocked at this time. Can you recheck access?
