No access

This has happened about twice already in the short time (about a week) of having x10 hosting. Ive used x10 in the past and had minimal issues.

Right now I can't access my site. I can access ftp just fine, no problem. But when i go to the site, gameswitch.co.cc, i get an error. It's cpanels default web page. Cant get rid of it, it's from the cgi bin so its nothing really i can do, a setting somewhere is wrong or something. Ideas?
