No account activation possible

I just signed up for a free account. Everything works perfect, I could log onto the forum as well as standard website, but when I want to link the forum account with the hosting account, it says, that my username does not exist.

Could you please help me?

I can't find any record of a account with that username.
Try registering for a account again.
