no backups or web disks in Cpanel

I cannot see any icon in my Cpanel for backups or web disks
both show up in the tutorial for backing up your website to local hard disk
is this a limitation of the free service ???
or
am i missing something or wasting my time

i have searched the faq but did not find anything relevant or that basic
i viewed the tutorials which show this is possible
i have a FTP clent and can log on OK ...

Backup feature is disabled on free hosting, same goes for webdisk.

Maybe you should update your main and free hosting pages to reflect reality.
No "Daily backups"
No "Softaculous" ... either missing or the gutted version.
And even though I have not used it, do you guys really have PostgreSQL? I see threads complaining that it does not work. If you don't offer it, take the icons off cPanel.
