No confirmation e-mail

Hi, I've been trying to open a new account, but have not received the confirmation e-mail from x10 yet. (It's been 24 hours). I e-mailed support and got an e-mail from the support dept. telling me to check my spam folder, add x10hosting.com to my whitelist, and mark x10hosting as "not junk". I've done all of these and since I'm getting e-mails from support, they must have the right e-mail address. Any ideas? I can't set up my web page until I enter the confirmation number. Thanks.

Give it a little more time. With all of the work going on with x10Hosting I wouldn't doubt that an e-mail would be lost. I've seen some companies take 2+ days to have an e-mail arrive in the inbox. With x10's e-mail, it should arrive within a minute. If it doesn't show up within 3 days of registering your account, let support know so that they can activate the account (if they are willing to do that) manually.
