I can't log in to cPanel (tells me I have the wrong username/pass), and my site (toadeh.net) also has an "Error establishing a database connection" error message.

Are you remembering to use your cPanel username, which is different from your forum name?

I have the same problem with Cpanel. And I've also tried all the suggested solutions, but nothing worked so far.

I don't know about Mysql yet... My website is working, but it's not using any databases. But since I can't get into Cpanel, I can't check any other way.

On my personal account, which also was on cossacks, everything is working now... Only had a little snag with Mysql, but that was easily fixed (with the Remote Mysql solution).

It's still down. Is this simply a problem with fris as a whole which will be worked out, or is it just some of the accounts moved to fris?

Well.. It looks like I am not alone with this same problem... I tried the change password suggestion as well using my forum password.. which is supposed to change the password on all three areas... didn't work.

Well it's a bit of a relief to know I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Hopefully it gets sorted out before too long.

I hate to bump a thread like this, but I'm still getting the same problem. Can anyone give me some sort of update as to what's going on?

I've been trying to use my SQL database on my site - but having no luck at all i keep getting the message - Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'simonrud_simon'@'int.fris.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES) in /home/simonrud/public_html/database.php on line 10
Could not connect: Access denied for user 'simonrud_simon'@'int.fris.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES)

i'm sure i'm using the right log in info - i'm guessing there is a problem with their database software :(

Try this:
Login to cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ )
Click on Remote MySQL
Add the following to the list:
int.fris.x10hosting.com

Then reload your site again.
