Hello! I know you are working hard on server updating. I sent a request a few days ago and got a auto response saying I had no contact info on the server (but it came to my correct email and included my correct account info).

Problem #1: My CPanel access is not working (using the new "lotusnew...2083" link on my new account panel page. I keep getting time out errors. I can get to CPanel with the old link (http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082) but the changes I make there are not reflected in my webpage (minimagindex.x10hosting.com).

Problem #2: The changes I have made in the last week aren't reflected in my web page. Neither changes to my index.php file nor my database changes are reflected. Its as if there is another older copy of my web files and database that is used by my webpage.

I am frustrated because I see system notices that say all the lotus servers should be up and running. Can you help?

Some MySQL issues were reported, and the databases had to be restored. However, for cPanel, I don't know about anything. If you can't access it after having cleared your DNS cache, then post back here and I'll notify staff.

I am on Lotus too and I am experiencing almost identical issues. It seems to be caused by there being two servers for Lotus whilst one is being transferred to the other. Basically, you are editing your files on the old server that is no longer live to public access.

If you went to your site (cPanel or FTP) via lotus.x10hosting.com, I believe that you ended up on the old server and files. If you went via your domain name, you got the new server.

Try to get to the cPanel login via minimagindex.x10hosting.com:2082

cPanel on our subdomains denies any combination of usernames and passwords. Same goes for FTP. It would appear cPanel has forgotten all of our usernames and passwords.

And yourdomain.x10hosting.com:2082 doesn't get your a working cPanel login page? Or do you get there and then get a Login Attempt Failed! error message?

Thanks for your help. I cleared the DNS cache in Vista (command prompt / ipconfig / flushdns) and still can't get into lotusnew/x10hosting.com:2083/ using the link in my account panel. I also can no longer get in through my old cPanel link (http://lotus/x10hosting.com:2082). Is there another way to clear the DNS cache? I appreciate you offer to notify staff.

Thanks, descalzo. I get "Problem Loading Page" and "The server at lotus.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond." This is now happening with both cPanel links (new - ...lotusnew.x10hosting.com:2083 and old...lotus.x10hosting.com:2082). So now I can't modify my database or web files even using the old link. My website is still functioning as it was a week ago, however (accesses my database, allows searches, etc.).
