No Cpanel access

I have had an open ticket for several weeks now for web site access issues.

Now no access to cpanel, displays: invalid email address/ password ....What???

Maybe my account was lost during the move ???

Please don`t create multiple tickets for same problem. Go to Account Panel and see your newly created ticket.

Your account was on lotus and was one of the ones that did not make the transfer due to a software malfunction.

They might have backups of your files and any databases, but even if they do, it will take awhile to search through and try and find them.

Ok, I appreciate the feedback.

I think at this point it is necessary to delete my information from my account and close all support tickets.
