No CPanel/Account Panel/Site Access

I signed up to x10hosting almost five days ago now, and I have not been able to access any account settings, hosting options, etc. and the subdomain I registered is listed as being available still.

The subdomain is kzarempire.ExoFire.net . The CPanel username I signed up with is kze, and I have tried logging into the CPanel with kze, KZE, kzare, KzarE, KZARE and have not been able to access it with any of these. It returns 'Login Attempt Failed'.
When I login to the Account Panel at x10hosting.com/account/ the only thing that I get there is this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

If needed, my IP is 210.56.73.59.
