No cPanel, and Errors

My site; diggin-claws.pcriot.com has been down for almost a month now, and support requests have been closed with no replies, so I hope to get an answer to my questions this time...

A- I can't log in to my cPanel, for some reason...
B- I don't understand the error son my front page...I left my website with everything working properly, I'm not sure if it was just the server moves, and such, and it can be a quick fix or not.

Hi,

The errors are now gone, and everything is fully restored file-wise. Thank you very much for that. However, my cPanel is still not working. I login as directed on other forum posts; http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/ but, it tells me login failed, but I know that my password is correct, I put it into a spreadsheet and printed it off, and have it in front of me. Sorry for the troubles
