No Cpanel and no ftp on chopin

Hello,
I cannot enter Cpanel, I just ´have the left menu but not the rest of cpanel.
And I cannot connect to ftp to upload files. Dreamweaver just says it cannot connect to the server but doesn't give an error number. Just as if the server wouldn't exist.

Any idea?
