Servers have moved. Have you tried to log in to cPanel via your Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/panel.php ? If so, you probably need to submit a Support ticket - they can restore it for you from back-up.

You guys have to wait for server transfer completed. There are so many common problem that people have with there accounts.

Sounds like your account got lost in the server move, as cPanel is working fine right now on Lotus. Do what they suggested above about creating a support ticket.

But don't worry, when my site was transferred, everything except for my forum was transferred fully. The only things that were actually transferred inside of my forums folder was a .core file ( :biggrin: since it's a crash log) as well as a corrupted portion of my attachments folder and it turns out I wound up uploading a 2 day old backup of my site via FTP to restore everything. Things happen.
