NO cPanel - NO FTP - NO Web page

Was (had been) using them all day - now they time out

I can load Web page and log in to cPanel with proxy

Why did x10hosting put my IP on the firewall ???

I cannot see the IP you posted from being blocked in our firewall. If you posted to the forums from a different computer, please let us know which IP you are unable to connect from.

I can use (get to) my account with a proxy or the 'hotspot' on my cell phone

I can NOT access anything on my account using the IP I used all day today - and have used for months

If it is not the firewall - what is it - and why is it ?

Anyone who is affected please run a traceroute to your main domain name and provide the results.

I'm fairly certain Comcast has blocked the server Vox without warning or any obvious indication as to why. If you run a traceroute to your domain name and see that the trace stops following Comcast's routers, please contact them to have the issue resolved.
