No Cpanel

When I try and login to cpanel all I get is "x-genevalogic: start". My website is whinis.x10hosting.com. This is odd as this happened during the chopin update and I am not on chopin.

Make sure you are entering correct username and password..

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. and see if there is any suspension..

Post back the result..

my last suspension was in nov for inactivity. however FTP still works and the website its self is up and running. Could it be my Cpanel was deleted during an upgrade of the servers?

http://whinis.x10hosting.com:2082 is working fine here... and it is asking for username and password..

also did you try to login here http://lotus.x10hsoting.com:2082 ???

I will try a different Internet connection here in about 5 hours and see how that works. All Cpanel Locations from this connections read that error.

Time to call the internet company, it worked at neighbors house... wish me luck
