No Database

Hi

When i tryed to make a new DB i got:

"Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases. "

In the "MySQL Databases" from cpanel i have:

"There are no databases associated with your account."

im confused if i really have a db or not, i created a database named "db1" but is not on the drop down "check database"

The plan you are on does not come with any MySQL databases. You can either change to one of the other Ad-Enhanced plans, or change to our Ad-Free plan.

If you want us to change your plan, please post in the Upgrades, Downgrades & Changes forum. You'll need to ask for your account to be terminated, then sign up again. Make sure you back up all your stuff first .
