No Display Softaculous!

In my control panel, I clicked on "Softaculous" script installer link to install database. Nothing displayed in this page. Why? Help me.

Softaculous on your server should be working fine. Could you try visiting Softaculous using the following direct link? :

http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/softaculous/index.live.php

If it still does not load, please post back and include any error messages that you receive.

No Softaculous loading, Also I found another error. After successful addition of addon domain, I went to see the list of addon domains. No domains found. Why?

When you click on Softaculous in your cPanel, what do you see? If there are any error messages, please copy and paste them here.
