Hi,
I am still unable to receive any email.
My domain is www.muru.me - which is hosted and transferred to http://muru.x10hosting.com
Within my email i can write to other accounts, but it will not accept any email.
I test it with gmail, hotmail, yahoo and other private accounts to no success.
Once I was able to write from my thunderbird, from info@muru.com , which made it once into my email account, but this also now gets rejected with a msg: failed to connect to LSN-D1651.limestoneworks.com
Really desperate now to get this sorted,
Thanks

Hello,

The nameservers on the domain are not set to ours so our mail servers are not being used. You either need to set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com or set the MX record to stoli.x10hosting.com
If you have already changed the nameservers, it may take up to 24 hours to take effect.

certainly an MX problem. Domain control panels should be providing MX features. I am surprised to note that many domain panels do not provide them! You need to check out with your Domain provider. I have watched a trend that many domain providers recommend to link up with google apps with a default link to google apps. Watch out !

Thanks loads for the reply!!
Well am a little confused because I could have sworn one of the first things I did was change the nameservers.......It's kinda like step 1!!!! Apart from that- am gueesing I'll just have to accept being a number one Wally!!!
Did the trick, no other issues yet with the mail. I also changed from the Limestone to the other option which also seems to have worked - but this result could have been fixed with the nameserver change.
Anyway, thanks again
M
