No entry to the cPanel

For the past several months, whenever I tried to log on, I am directed to this page even though login id and password a correct.

and other site

https://xo2.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess8026292487/frontend/basic/index.live.php

I want a solution this problem.

Yes, that is cPanel on the simplified x10Hosting Basic theme. If you are looking for the standard layout that cPanel has by default, please click "Switch Theme" in the top-right.

Well, that was my problem too. So, thanks for pointing me there.
But I must say, the "switch theme" solution is far from obvious! How were we supposed to find that out?

Hi,

When you first sign in, you are still looking at a version of cPanel, but it has been re-styled and simplified to make it easier for users in starting a website. The majority of the functions in regular cPanel are still available in that mode. The theme is meant to cater towards users who are new to shared hosting services, but if you are coming from another hosting service that also uses cPanel, you can click Switch Theme to go back to the old theme you're probably more used to.
