No Files Left in FTP

Ever since the maintenance on the free host servers, there's not been any files in my ftp anymore, is this normal?

Sorry if this should've been posted elsewhere, I'm just kinda scared that all my stuff may have gone.

(I haven't had been suspended...as far as I know).

I have noticed the same thing, although if I go into cPanel (when it's working), I notice that the files are still there, and the rest of the web site sometimes works, so I don't think you'll have lost any files.

Same here, I was using Filezilla to check, and there wasn't any files there.

That thread says the problem has been fixed although I still have the same problem. My support ticket was closed. I just filed another one.

I had this problem too.

In cPanel, I deleted then remade my ftp accounts and now ftp is working again, both the Special FTP Accounts, and my newly made ones.
