No files listed in my domain after migration

Absolut - XO1

Since the migration there are no files listed in my domain, if i login via ftp and try and create a directory i get a 550 error

If you cant get the folders / files back not a problem as I have them backed up but it wont let me upload anything via ftp "permission denied" error. Which needs fixing before I can re upload.

That sounds feasible . Also its showing absolut in the address bar at the top but in the cpanel main page its listed as xo1. Could this be the problem?
