No files?

I'm having a problem.. I can't view my files from a web browser.
My file is stored at AccountName.x10hosting.com/forum/sm_install.php. It shows up on my FTP, but will not open in a web broswer when I type http://AccountName.x10hosting.com/forum/sm_install.php. It says that there is no file there.

Nevermind that last post. I'm having problems..
Why won't the files in the root directory of my FTP show? I am having problems uploading to the WWW folder..

That FTP folder is sloppy as hell. >.<
