No free Web hosting

• You have never had a hosting account."

I never had a hosting account before.... so what should i do? :/
and i already signed up an account (but i am unable to use it as you see) so i cant sign up another....

if you could help me i would be gratefull ..

Did you ever get your confirmation email? I don't see a pending account. What you can do is to login to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, then while staying logged in, go and try to signup for a hosting account again. Fill in all of the same details, like the cPanel username that you chose before and then see if that goes through again.

i tried to re-register but it says
"We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please "
