No funciona mi website

Buenos días!!

He estado comprobando que el control panel del servidor x13 en el cual está alojado mi website está caído, por lo cual mi web también.
Al intentar acceder a mi web (thejorobas.net) aparece el mensaje ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
Llevo varios meses con el servicio de Hosting sin problema alguno y éste problema ha comenzado hará 2 semanas.
¿Cuál sería la posible solución? Cambiar de server x13 a x14 o similar? O es algún ajuste que deben realizar desde administración?

I have been checking that the control panel of the x13 server on which my website is hosted is down, which is why my website is down as well.
When trying to access my website (thejorobas.net) the message ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT appears.
I have been using the Hosting service for several months without any problem and this problem started 2 weeks ago.
What would be the possible solution? Change from x13 server to x14 or similar? Or is it some adjustment that must be made from administration?

Your site is working just fine from here: https://thejorobas.net/ even https://thejorobas.net:2222/evo/ is working. It is a local or ISP issue you're experiencing. Restart modem/router, clear browser cache. Are you using a proxy? I'm on x13 and would NOT want a change in the server. http://x13.x10hosting.com/
