No Hosting Account Listed + Suspened Account

My website, awakening.elementfx.com has been suspended for unknown reasons. I followed the directions on the page but found nothing listed in my account for suspension, along with no hosting being linked to my account. Can I resolve both these issues? Thank you.

I have unsuspended you, but go to http://x10hosting.com/control and link your account go to the top and find "Swap" if there isn't another link to link.
