No Hosting Account?

I registered in x10hosting forum years back. I came back after a year today and I dont find my hosting account.
my forum username is working. i can log in to forum but, dont have the hosting.
can this be solved?

To remain active it is necessary to login in forum once in 31 days.Inactive accounts are automatically deleted.Since its one year ,then it might have been deleted

Once terminated account cannot be retrieved back

I tried to register a new account with the current accounts email address. I cant. It says "this email is already registered".
so, should I use new email address??does that mean I have to create a new forum account?

Is there anyway to delete the old hosting account completely, so that I can use the old email address to create a new hosting account?

Post your OLD Cpanel username.So when any staff come across this then they may provide you some help

your account with cPanel username "cursed" exist but it is not linked with any forums account. And also it is suspended due to inactivity.

Go to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with email (which you used at signup) and password.
Go to "Account" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "forum account".

Click on "You may swap usernames" link. Enter credentials of this forums account there and then click on "Swap Forum Account link"

Note: Make sure that the email of client account and forums account is same, otherwise you will get an error.

After linking your account Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.
Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.
