No hosting listed in hosting panel

Hello,

I have just created an account here, while you were (I suppose according to the notifications on the website) in the middle of upgrading your servers.
Now the following problem is occuring to me:
Whenever I click on the Hosting link in the top bar of your website, the website shows that I do not have any free web hosting set up. However, I have also received an email saying that my x10hosting account has been created.
("It's alive! Your x10Hosting free web hosting account has been created successfully. It is available for use immediately.")

Whenever I try sign up for another free webhosting account, I am notified that I already have a free webhosting account.

To resume my ticket, I appear to have a free webhosting package, but it does not show up in my account. I am wondering if this is my fault and I am overlooking something, or if this is a bug resulting from my unlucky signing-up time.

Thank you for reporting this.

It was an issue introduced by an update pushed to the panel within the last half hour.

I have resolved it - You will no longer see the "You have no hosting account" message.

The issue seems to be resolved, I can see my hosting account in the hosting listing.
However I am unable to log into my cPanel or webmail with my account password.

I have tried to change my password with the website, which succeeded, but I am still unable to log into the cPanel (https://lotusnew.x10hosting.com:2083/login/) of my website.
I am able to log in to the free hosting control panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/?).

Do you have any clues why I am unable to log in? Does this also have something to do with the recent update?

I appear to be having the same/similar issue. My Account Panel says that everything is complete, but when I click on "View Details", I'm given an error that says "Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account."
I got the e-mail stating "It's Alive", however I can't login to my cPanel.
Looks like I picked the wrong day to signup.
