I was attempting to sign up for free hosting, and I kept getting this lovely error message about my password being over 16 characters, so I changed it twice, both times to alphanumeric passwords less than 16 characters. It gave a "cancel request" option, and it never worked when I would retry it, so I picked the cancel option assuming I could go to the hosting tab and just put it back, but apparently that does not work that way. Could I get someone to go reinsert it for me? I'd appreciate not having to change email addresses and such.

Hello,

If you click "Hosting" in the header navigation of the account panel, you should see a link to the signup page. If you follow that the hosting account is added to your client account, so no change of email address etc. is required.

When I try that it tells me that another account is using that email address, and to "Click here to continue sign up using that address", or something close to that, and takes me to the login page.

https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php?continueto=signup

I then log in successfully and get to the redirect page, which *appears* to briefly take me to the signup form, but I'm redirected before the page can even render to

https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php?veryb

Signing in here simply takes me to the control panel and this procedure loops indefinitely.
