Apologies if this is covered somewhere else; I did search the forums.
I'm just starting out but keep getting this message which says: "Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account." It suggests I sign up for a hosting account, but when I try to do this it won't let me, saying I'm trying to sign up multiple times. It also suggests opening a support ticket, but clicking that just tells me I can't do that on my account either.
Can anyone help please?
