No inactivity warnings

I didn't receive an account activity warning and my account was suspended. Reading a few recent threads it seems that quite a few people have had similar issues.

I can't log in and follow the procedure in the pinned post because it says "Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account."
The website was http://discounts.x10.mx

I am sure I logged in fairly recently too, but it doesn't seem to have worked and the account must have been marked as inactive anyway.

Is there any way to reactivate the account?

If you want to get your site back up as soon as possible, I would recommend re-creating the account with the same domain and restoring your content from one of your backups.
