My site is suspended because it has no index. I have no idea what the means.

What is your cPanel username? The account that is linked to your Forum account does not exist.

"No Index" means that you do not have a index file in your public_html folder. You will need to create one.

My cPanel name is fisnipe, but your right, it is not linked to this forum account. You can delete this account (cPanel Name: lgrifle), I no longer use it.
