No mails received

It's been a while since I don't receive any mails on my inbox, any ideas on why this is happening?

you could create a testing email address and see if you receive emails.

I've not received any for about a week now, I get this error when I try to login to webmail via the control panel "Disallowed Key Characters.Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel."

their solution was switching the cpanel theme to "Paper Lantern".
dont use basic. if it already says paper_lantern select it again anyway.

Thanks for that I think I've reached my disk limit for email, I really need to delete the junk, haha
