No me anda el ftp

HOla gente queria saber porque no me anda el ftp
mi user es aoclive y para conectarme al ftp uso

aoclive.com.ar

uso el SmartFTP y me aparece este error

20:18:29] 530 Login authentication failed
[20:18:29] Active Help: http://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/51
[20:18:29] Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
